HOW TO AKT

Begin your day with a new morning ritual, inspired by the Chinese practice of Gua Sha. Start by squeezing a pea-sized amount of The Deodorant Balm onto The Applicator. Using the long curved edge, spread the balm evenly across your underarms to cover the whole area.

Next, gently stroke eight times across the upper chest from heart to underarm on both sides. Continue with eight strokes down the inner arm, moving from elbow to underarm, again on both sides. Finally, use the curved edge to stroke eight times down each side of the neck to help relieve stress-induced tension.

To finish, always wash and dry The Applicator after every use.
